I'm sorry non-LJ folks but I've had to disallow anonymous comments from my blog. Too much damn spam was getting through that way.

When we sold our first house to buy this one, the settlement agent assumed we were getting a divorce. House #1 was in both our names, but House #2 is in my name only. She was quite pleased to find that that was not the case. Something of a novelty, even.
