Pirahnas are overrated. They are omnivorous rather than stricly carnivorous, and a recent study found that they mostly scavenged, and almost never hunt in packs.
Giant otters, on the other hand, are way cool. They are the most aquatically adapted mustelid, with back feet that are almost seal like, to the extent that they are rather helpless on land. Bloody big, too.
