Stupid me, playing with new lj themes. All broken.

EDIT (extra whining).
My needs are few. Somewhere out there I hope to find the combination of features I require with some form of acceptable aesthetic.

I haven't managed to break mine yet. I haven't fiddled much beyond picking new theme though. I liked the purple more than the butterflies and now I has a space theme! Purple space theme! And it lets me keep my subtitle!

Do you want to go back or reset and try again?

It wasn't exciting before, but I'd managed a couple of changes that I liked (like the counter) which are proving difficult to reconstruct.

Part of the problem is habit - I've spent such a lot of time on this site the last few months that change hits a bit hard.

But my head hurts so I'm not in the best condition to mess about with open source inconsistencies.

I see what you mean about the subtitle - many of the themes I've looked at either don't display it at all, or leave insufficient room for both title and subtitle so one gets chopped.

I still can't get it on the friends page. I picked one that went with both, but oh well.

But this is looking better, got the counter working I see.

Improving my layout's been on my todo list for a while now. I did have some nice rounded rectangles with drop shadows a long time ago, but it didn't work under IE on any platform, so I dropped it.

Now I just want something that has a 'previous 20' down the bottom of the page so I don't need to scroll back to the top of the page to see what I've missed..
