A small mystery solved

In mid December 2010 I ordered some beige products from a supplier in New Zealand. They failed to arrive and so eventually I reported the missing delivery and ordered replacements. The supplier very nicely gave me a refund and commenced an investigation starting with the New Zealand Post Office. The NZPO asked me to sign a declaration swearing that the parcel never arrived and I thought that was that.
Today a lady came to the house with my missing package. It had been delivered to the wrong house (different house, different street name WTF) but her son had just taken it inside and left it on the floor where it became friends with all the other things he left on the floor.
Six months later his Mum comes along tofind tidy the house and finds the package. She didn't know it had been six months mind you, and her expression when I told her was absolutely priceless. I'm pretty sure her son was in for some extra special bollocking after hearing that.
Now might be a good time to publish this picture:

It's not the missing parcel, it's the one that came after it as a replacement. Think outside the box, because clearly inside the box is not a safe place to be. Thank you for your love and care Australia Post.
