stephbg5mg amitriptyline PM for severe fibro pain concentrated in hands and forearms. Felt a lot like severe weather warnings. During the day tried soaking in warm water and thick gloves (not at the same time) with limited success.
ED: Had a great night's sleep and woke early. After the morning meds kicked in all I wanted to do was sleep, but later in the day I tried hard to stay conscious(ish) to avoid the heavy effect of oversleeping. Seemed to help.
Pain returned after about 24 hours, which prompted another slightly smaller dose (maybe 4-5mg), so I have no great hopes for Wednesday. Will try to avoid excessive napping again to see if that improves recovery.
