The bloods are in

Just got the results from the latest round of blood tests, with some actual useful information.
Despite taking one-a-day, I'm still deficient in Vitamin D. Assuming that the only significance of this is that I need to take a bigger dose, this is actually great news, because I really perked up when I first started taking it. It's not something I would have messed with without actual numbers to play with. Result!
In other news, time to dial down the folate supplement. Interesting, because I've been deliberately skipping a dose about once per week, with no verifiable reason to do so.
Iron is bang in the middle.
Cholesterol is behaving itself (triglycerides still high but lower than last time).
The suspect Potassium is at the low end of normal, but it has dropped a chunk since the last test two years ago. I'm quite pleased to have a Sodium level right at the low end of the scale; I suspect that is not common in the general population, given the salty nature of modern non-beige food. That too has dropped in the last two years where it was once in the middle of the range.
Time to enter the murky waters of the internet to find out if a slightly low Creatinine level in the blood is fabulous news or not (40 from 45-85). ED: Just reflects the fact I've very little muscle tone at the moment. I miss muscles. At the last test it was flagged as a bit high for my age, so I'll take that as an improvement.
B12 is the lowish end of OK - not bad enough to need a shot, thank heavens. ED: On second look, it has dropped by a chunk since last August, so I'll up the usage of the spray.
I am pleased.
I need to start organising this data properly. The bits of paper are breeding.
