It hasn't rained here for a hell of a long time. Tomorrow's forecast is Mostly sunny 20-34. But then it gets really annoying:

The hills gets the odd thunder shower, but the catchments couldn't catch a cold right now /insert joke re disappointing sporting organisation of your choice here/. What does the fair city of Perth need to do to attract some wet stuff from the sky, exactly? There are only so many outdoor events one can plan. Only so much laundry you can hang, or cars you can wash.

Aaaargghh.

I see your grumpypants and raise you two crabbyshoes. Looks like I'm going to be a shut-in till April.

Love the sunshine but can't handle the heat for too long. That looks too long.

And people still ask Sonia and me why we live in Melbourne now.

What is this 'rain' you speak of?

so. over. it. I had visions of going for autumnal walks with the pram and dog...at this rate we will go from heatwave to pouring rain. Or maybe just skip the rain and Winter and go straight back to heatwave.

Its a worry, isn't it? I remember the forecasters saying it was going to be a 'wet autumn'. Where we live it has had one light sprinkle since the start of the year.

Oh, FFS!

Dear Summer, please DIAF.

No Love Whatsoever,
Bunny

Maybe I should go to the Zoo this Friday and sulk in the Nocturnal house for most of the day.

I have been thinking fondly of the waterfall in the rainforest walk. Pity the Nocturnal House doesn't have anywhere to sit. I doubt very much I'll be going to the zoo on Friday. At the rate I'm going I won't even make back the cost of this year's Zoo Friends membership :-(

Well, it has railing to lean on, but not really anywhere to sit, per se, no.

=[

We'll have to blitz the visits once the weather starts actually acting Autumnal.

rabbit1080s don't like heat-troughs cos they mean hot and humid and dusty all at the same time.

All of the rain is north of Newman/Karratha. Busily closing all the roads I wanted to travel down.
