Cutlery abuse

Quick one to note that I've spent the last week or so in deep viral fatigue, but actually in quite a good mood. Yet again my physical, mental and emotional states fail to correlate in any meaningful fashion, but it's nice to feel myself again.
This morning foolishly interpreted my ability to get up, breakfast, shower and dress as "ready to work" so went to work.
Was wrong.
Made my way safely to the folks place (being closer than home) for a 2 hour emergency nap, and collected some more family albums to scan. Discovered gaps in the clan's photographic record, but many fun moments from the early sibling years in the 50's and 60's in glorious black and white.
Husband is still out at a cabaret rehearsal, but tonight he gets to use a CPAP machine for the first time. I'm hoping this will improve his energy levels to the point where I won't have to worry so much about him on (or spread thinly all over) the road.
Errands are stacking up a bit; I have a note to myself that says "Call gas repair guy. Bring lubricant." I also have to make enquiries about a missing package of beige toothpaste from New Zealand. Exciting stuff. May need to order some more in the meantime anyway, and I fear my delivery has been lost :-(
