More Drugs Part II Day 1

Up to 40 mg escitalopram (+ 80mg fluoxetine) (or whatever it's called - do drug companies not realise that sick people have to remember these names?).
Not as dramatic an impact as I'd feared from the initial experience. I laid low for a couple of hours then did a battery of self tests and came to the suprise conclusion that I was safe to go out. Not quite trusting myself I did so, and managed a good 3 1/2 hours at work, then avoided peak hour at peak temperature with a visit to the folks with bonus (because I forgot, oops) uncle from Brisbane.
i.e. it goes well thus far.
Legs are sore, but that's why I upped the dose in the first place (pain and return of twitching = more pain). Will have to see if they recover and improve. Little else to report on the clinical front, but the heat might make observations tricky.
Now have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the bathroom at work. Bits of me object to this. Resist though I might, bits of me also object to being forced to walk the gauntlet of all the glass-walled executive offices to get there.
Heat might also force me into some kind of Catmobile action - I thought she ran a touch rougher today, like last Summer. And for some reason the door lock electricals hate the heat. Nothing new has fallen off lately, which is nice.
