Cat ups and downs

After reporting Cally's significant improvement on Sunday she has become flat again (but not as flat) and has been vomiting daily. For tracking purposes I must note that the vomit was well-digested food, and not the usual I've-eaten-too-fast-and-it's-collided-with-a-furball vomit, or Cally's more typical I've-eaten-something-scratchy-from-the-garden-look-at-that-patch-of-foamy-spit-and-chewed-up-grass.

I'm hoping that it's the combination of anti-biotics and anti-inflammatories that's responsible, and that she'll be OK once the ABs are finished. She's already been on them for 10 days, 4 to go...

It is also necessary to point out that Husband fed her 10x the correct dosage on Friday and Saturday nights when I was out, but she seemed so well on Sunday and Monday that I thought there'd been no repercussions. Maybe that huge initial loading dose is catching up with her.

I think I'll have a chat to the vet tomorrow.
