So how did the day go?

Last night (or rather early this morning) I made some wishful-thinking plans for today. As always this involved the important spoon items: getting up, breakfast, shower, dressing. I can't take those for granted, but I was hopeful. After that would come the drive to work, some paid employment, and then the drive home. After that I hoped to get some horse time.
I had breakfast before noon. That was nice. At about 1:30pm I realised that bathing and dressing and going to work were unlikely to occur, but if I rested up I might still find the spoons to go see the horses. I figured that the mental health advantages of going would offset the inevitable regret and guilt about not getting to work. In the end I didn't have to face that decision and didn't see the horses either.
I got out to the letterbox instead.
Just good old fashioned chronic fatigue today, with a bit of pain thrown in because I felt the need to take a break from paracetamol for a bit. General uselessness in pajamas, although the cats seem to enjoy my company.
Tomorrow as always work is the top priority, but if I've any spoons left over they'll be saved to take me to an ACS meeting in the evening. I really hope that I'll be able to get some horse time on Thursday or Friday. I can't know when the CFS will lift, but I hope it will be soon. CFS is a pointless waste of everyone's time. I can't even write!
I did watch some Attenborough, which was soothing; I shall have to remember to listen to music.
