I greet you from the foreign land that is my new Acer laptop, which I have convinced to talk to the internet. Yay!
The keyboard is quite different, so you may see an increase in interesting typos in the near future. Little things like the space bar being much shorter, and the Home key being in the spot where I'm used to the Delete key being. The Delete key is tiny; how unfortunate.
Let's see if I can find my e-mail settings... Oh lord, and remember all my passwords and logins. Plus the added fun of learning a new OS (Windows 7 Premium Edition).
At least I have LJ to keep me warm.
