At one end of the SF animation scale there's the state of the art: Avatar.

And then there's episode 1 of the 1973 Star Trek animated series "More tribbles, more troubles". William Shatner doesn't make a very convincing animated figure.

He really doesn't does he? What amuses me is that he's no more nor less convincing in Esperanto than in English. (Also his... delivery... is just as... overwrought...)
