Saw my psychiatrist today. No jokes this time. I have requested and received a referral for counselling. Writing is useful, but sometimes you need to talk.
Wow. You *so* need to explain that last statement. Not initials JH by any chance? I know someone who successfully took him to court over a dodgy car.
Re the counsellor, my shrink (whom I've known for about 15 years) seemed to put a bit of thought into selecting her for me, and I've had good service from him over the years.
No, initials are BG. From what I hear around, JH is generally considered to be a nice enough guy, but BG is widely reviled by all that have the misfortune to meet him.
Based on my thankfully few and brief exposures he wouldn't lift a finger to save his grandmother from being pack-raped by hyenas unless there was a buck in it for him, and would further treat her a a beholden slave forevermore for the privilege. *spits*
