This evening my GP called to let me know that I am Vitamin D deficient - no wonder I crave the sun! This is easily addressed with Vitamin D supplementation, but the really good news is that this deficiency can cause fatigue, muscle weakness, and mental fog. Woohoo! This seems a promising line of attack, and matches the zinc, magnesium, b12, and folate deficiencies (and the enzymes). I feel like I'm getting close to the right kind of cocktail to kickstart everything back into as much order as it's likely to be.

The only down side to all this is that this is the kind of test I was requesting in January. Like that pesky B12 thing.

is there a beige-friendly VitD supplement?

i crave sunshine anyway, cos otherwise i get claustrophobic.

I got told at the beginning of my version of this that I had a VitD and calcium deficiency. Please could I stop wearing sunscreen in all but the harshest sunlight, and take a substantial VitD/calcium/boron replacement?
