Caffeine is not beige, though? Did you challenge coffee and find it was ok?
I would kill for a tasty coffee - decaf is just bad.

Nope, not beige, so not allowed in the initial elimination diet.

I allow myself one a week, or at worst, a four day interval. Usually works out to 10-14 days. Some caffeine is also necessary to break the depression coming off serious pain medication from last week (ongoing serious pain not a big help there), otherwise that drags on forever. Had a bigger size cup than normal this morning and now feel decidedly woozy.

So caution is required. I've been cheating with chocolate-covered honeycomb of late (see pain/depression above), so really shouldn't have had that coffee. But sometimes you just gotta.

Rice and celery for lunch today.
