Dad update

I'm not sure I'm up to writing a proper post about this. Dad has taken a turn for the worse and his liver is failing. We're now looking at days or weeks, but definitely not months. In other words, no-one really knows. Much depends on whether he is able to eat and drink. He is very sleepy but still himself and can hear us quite well, and managed to communicate with a few words here and there, or with hand squeezes and crooked smiles. He is still at home and surrounded by loving family
