Oooh, just like in that famous movie about a ship's doctor where he does brain surgery! Well, a burr hole, or possibly just making a prosthetic bit o' skull to cover the hole where the sailor got shot. You know the movie, think it had Russell wossname innit. Master and Commander mebbe?
