Received a call from my co-bingler requesting insurance details which were duely delivered by e-mail. I've been naughty and put off calling my insurance company, but I thought it best if they heard from me first, so I made the call. The guy who took my call had a wonderfully calming voice, just the thing you need to hear when reporting bad and/or embarrassing news. Imagine getting hit with bad customer service under those conditions. I now await the arrival of forms to fill in, and the motivation to get behind the wheel and collect a quote. Fortunately only one quote required.

While in theory I could squeeze in a visit to BB this afternoon I had already planned to take this afternoon off and go to the swancon WALL-E screening this evening. I'm trying to decide if I've developed any new reluctance to go to that carpark. It's a little hard to spot fresh issues amongst all the other reasons I already didn't like the place.
