Quick medical update to say that unless provoked by excessive exercise (see below) the shingles is all cleared up. Is that what illnesses are supposed to do? Go away? 'Cause I like it.
In my last post, all was going well on my path to what passes for recovery. Today, crash. I'd forgotten how suddenly and thoroughly I can be taken out of commission. So weak :-(
