I Can't Believe It's Not Worldcon

Do you know what Worldcon is? Are you in Perth and not going? Are you a friend of mine or person with whom I might feel some sympathy because you're not going? Are you disappointed, poor, disorganised, pregnant, ill, over-committed, not that committed to fandom, or generally afraid of the state of Victoria?
