I am dizzy*, weak, and have pinged a nerve in my shoulder so it hurts from neck to pinkie. I am unimpressed.

(*) More unbalanced than dizzy, but I can't just come out and say "I am unbalanced" can I? I list; I lean; I bump into doorframes.
