EDIT: It's now 3:00AM. Husband has joined me in insomnia and we've been watching more Sarah Palin sketches on Saturday Night Live. Perhaps not the best way to go to sleep. *is horrified*

On a brighter note my net access is much faster this time of morning.

Dear Me

If and when any citizen of the USA chooses to exercise their democratic right by voting for McCain/Palin, please remember that many people will vote for a political party irrespective of the quality of the individual candidates.

Words words words

I feel like writing. I want to ask questions. I want to answer questions. At the same time I know that this is not a good idea for I've had to partake in some pharmaceuticals this evening that are starting to kick in.

As a general note I'd like to thank all the lovely people who've been expressing support albeit with the regret that it's "only" words or "only" a *hug*. I say again, that's concrete assistance in my book.

I'll be going to Wastelands II in a couple of weeks. If it looks like I've tried to be funny, or particularly if I seem to be under the impression that I succeeded, laugh. Crown me your comedy goddess. Take me somewhere dark where I can dance to funky music.

Actually I hope to be at splanky's place on Friday, so by all means laugh at me there too.
