It's been a great couple of days and I've been feeling justifiably a bit creaky and doing a lot of stretching.

Unfortunately something's gone wrong in the last ten minutes and I've got a nerve flare from neck to fingertips. Haven't had one of these for a while (beige food is my friend) so I'd forgotten just how stupidly painful it can be. Holy crap 8-0

I'd say the morning's unscrewing was to blame. Damn slotted screws.
