Theres a lot of stuff in the vaccine apart from the flu - it could be that you are reacting to something else. It seems to early to me to be coming down with a flu-like illness.
The whole point of having a vaccine is to stimulate an immune response. Injecting attenuated flu virus without anything else does not work anywhere near as well as injecting flu virus with adjuvants - stuff specifically designed to help elicit an immune response. Its grim showing so many sensitivities. The more I read about it, the more I am certain that I am sensitive to everything I enjoy. I admire your commitment to try the beige diet - I just can't face living on nothing but stuff I don't like.
