Not a good start

This morning: funeral.

Today: rushing about shopping, prepping, cooking, packing for Swancon. Exhausted.

This afternoon: Thanks to punkrocker1993, made it in time for the first panel, but in the end it wasn't worth it.

This evening: Nabbed a good seat for the opening ceremony, but got a call from Husband to say that he'd been in a(nother) car accident. No-one is injured, but he thinks he fell asleep at the wheel and went through a stop sign in Mosman Park. Car looks like it'll be a writeoff, and if he was at fault he might face charges.


Now: I'm in my hotel room, and not feeling inclined to come out.

LATER: Packed up my kit and went home with no intention of returning. Together started on the massive piles of paperwork. Being Easter Thursday, nothing at all will happen until Tuesday.

Unfortunately we found out later that the two people in the other car were hurt :-(
