Damien The (Nissan/)Datsun Sunny not only gave me 8 years of stirling service throughout his difficult teenage years (10-18), but he was once voted UniSFA's AntiChrist. I'll grant you, by the time I traded him in parts of his body were constructed of cardboard and gaffer tape. And fiberglass. And bog. And some kind of putty. I think the glovebox was held together with blutac. And then he sank into a swamp. But he was still going!

Anyone who thinks the Nissan Sunny is the worst car of all time never rode in the back seat of a Datsun 120Y Fastback.

I will grant you that the damn things were almost immortal - but then again, so are the undead. And cockroaches. I rest my case

If you were sitting in the back that suggests that there was someone in the front passenger seat so at least 3 bodies. Damien's performance would noticably suffer with one passenger, and with two things started to scrape along the ground and I couldn't take the freeway.

But as a single-passenger student car, cockroach-like stamina is a good thing.
