Nothing to see, move along

Did a large amount of nothing today, for even teensy tiny amounts of the appropriate nerve-flare painkiller make me all depressed and sleepy. Codeine is off the menu.
Haven't seen BB in two weeks so decided to visit. It was either that or meet friends in Fremantle and BB won. Haven't been to that particular hospital for years, certainly not since they built the multi-story carpark and moved the entrance to a different street. Well, moved the public entrance. There were still plenty of little entrances left, leading to various clinics, doctor-only carparks and back lanes.
Cruising for parking is not one of my favourite activities.
However, having abandoned the vehicle in a theoretically legal place I discovered I was not two kilometres from the main entrance but only about 100m. Wonderful things, circles. Large wobbly zigzaggy circles.
BB remains upbeat but no longer has the strength to walk. A transfer from the wheelchair to the bed is a three person operation. He'll be staying in hospital or another facility until the end of the month at least. The hair is starting to go. I managed a bit of puffy feet physio then put him to sleep with a spot o' scalping. He's certainly an appreciative audience :-)
