stephbgI lost another day today. Last night I couldn't breath and had to resort to the Serious Blue Pills, so today I was out of action. Feeling improved right now having had a Radox bath. Wonderful stuff, hot water.
While I was soaking, Pumpkin decided he wanted to be with Mummy so moo'd anxiously outside the door, then started scraping. We had anticipated this reaction, although I'll grant that separation anxiety is not common in felines, so when we had the bathroom done we extended the tiles under the door a couple of inches so he wouldn't tear up the carpet. I kid you not, Destruct-O-Fluff has done this before.
Unfortunately this has had no effect and he is merrily working his way through the carpet, although at a few points I heard distinctly metallic sounds of desctruction. He had started to claw at the metal strip covering the carpet-tile border. Sigh. A little damage to his claws and a new stupid behaviour to add to his repertoire.
