These are useful things for me to know. Will add them to my accessibility questioning for future concoms.
2015 has already been in touch with me regarding a couple of accessibility things, so the continuation of advice is still happening.
Art Show - Wasn't the best possible location, but it was our solution to not lose a panel room or move the gamers, and have it in a lockable location that didn't require taking down overnight. When designed there was to be nothing in the moving space inside, but space restrictions meant the table was needed to be inside the loop rather than outside. Effectively it is an issue we have with that hotel in that we really need another function room than they can provide.
