How go those supplements?

I note to my surprise that it's 9 days since I updated LJ, but I have been keeping better records over on FB, complaining vociferously on twitter, and taking rather more scientific notes in my little drug notebook, so all is not lost. Not *quite* all.
After a break of however many days (read the book) I tried to reintroduce just the P5P at half the dose originally suggested i.e. x1 twice per day. This is supposed to be at the mild end of my new supplements, as in the most easy to absorb. Not sure if I still had some traces of unhappiness in my system, but felt nauseous again a few hours after the first one. After 3 doses I decided enough was enough, and today the full effect (at least I *hope* it's the full effect) kicked in.
For a while today I could only breath by making groaning noises on each exhale. Breathing trouble a combination of tight chest and swollen throat. I couldn't lie down because I'd choke with a wracking cough, and eventually brought up some foamy clear spit from somewhere in the region of my ankles. This was unfortunate, because I was very tired and increasingly weak. Heart raced for a while, and I suppose I should include some lip and finger tingling. (This happens a lot so it's hard to pick out from the background noise.) And there was nausea at various points, but not of the productive variety, so yay. And dizzy. And headache.
Not the most fun of days.
I'm sure it wasn't nearly as bad as it sounds, although I confess I did start to think about Step 1 of my Ambulance Plan: Unlock the front door so the paramedics can reach me if I should pass out. And the eternal question – what happens to my phone/wallet/keys if I'm alone in A&E?
But I didn't. It's fine. Sort of. But I am very glad to be seeing the new doctor next week, even if I do have several pages left to go on that damn medical history of mine. One page of it is three days worth of a food diary, which may be a little hard to explain.
I doubt very much any of this is the result of infection, so that's good. *pompoms*
Sadly this does not auger well for a miracle result from my Pyroluria diagnosis and related treatments. No More Trials. Evidence would seem to suggest that I'm allergic to sundry B-group vitamins, which is a bummer. Damn your killer Earth biosphere.
