Another meds update

Well, supplements, but meds is easier to type.
This won't be the post I want/need to write, because that one is full of proper drug names, dates, times, doses, and symptoms and I'm not well enough to pull all that together right now.
Suffice to say for now the niacinamide caused me nasty breathing difficulties, heart irregularities, and vomiting. Took a couple of days off everything, felt better, then started back on the B6, P5P, and Mn, had a short period of breathlessness followed many hours later by rather horrible runs overnight of spectacular hue, and a profound feeling of unwellness today with lots of abdominal tenderness.
Going to take another break off all the new stuff for at least a couple of days until I return to "normal" (ha!) and then maybe very cautiously reintroduce one thing at a time with extreme caution.
Because by golly I do not feel well at all, to the point where I've checked my eyes in the mirror to make sure they weren't going yellow. As I said (approximately) on FB I'm not saying that my liver is failing, but I feel like it's stopped paying attention in class; I've had a little word to it, and hopefully we can avoid a note home to the liver's parents.
One relatively bright note was that what I suspect might be a salicylate reaction from increasing my veges was almost certainly the fault of the niacinamide. So yay, go the cautious cabbage consumption.
All of this is unpleasant but not entirely unexpected. I didn't know what the details might be like but I'd anticipated it would take months to figure out the best cocktail (if any) to get some improvement. I've barely begun. Does feel like I'm playing with fire a bit, so will be very sure to maintain medical supervision if I can possibly arrange it. I've heard livers are handy things.
