Of little consequence

It took only a couple of attempts to find a new LJ theme that I can live with. It's a very intuitive thing, but I do love aurorae and the idea of penguins oohing and aahing. Must be the Aurora Australis too, because there are no penguins in the north. I like it, and so it shall stay for a while.
Functionally it's not ideal, but not fatally so. I'm not a good tagger so the tag cloud is skewed towards the few tags that I remember to use, as well as their actual representation. It's unfortunate to see "medical" feature so prominently, but that does include a lot of cat posts I hve yet to retag as "vet". Also medical posts for other people should perhaps be rebranded. It must be said that medical tracking was one of the reasons I use this blog, so I shouldn't be too surprised when the stats fall that way.
In other news made it to work for a long-deferred 2 hour session, but I was getting a bit brainless towards the end. CFS seriously undercuts my ability to work but I'm hoping it will clear up if I stay away from infection. The current job is to update and synchronise several listy documents with similar content, so it will be a checklist job for a while.
Tomorrow is Tuesday, and as always my favourite day to try to get to the stables. It's been well over a month since I've managed to even drive there, so all I'm hoping is a chance for some scritching. I'm running a bit short of time to ensure that I get mounted up for at least a few minutes before my birthday, but the people in charge are pretty generous. Volunteering this year was always an experiment, and while it has overwhelmingly succeeded in style, there's been little done by me of substance. With any luck they let me keep doing it when I can.
Am very very tired. I prefer pain to fatigue. On the bright side, almost no snot.
