Pieces of flare

I think it's fair to say that the Magic Rain-Detecting Bodyparts(tm) have been keeping their part of the bargain this week. Nasty nasty fibro flare, which is settling now, or at least localising into my torso. I can hold my arms up again, and stand up, but my ribs are lumpy and my internal organs are a bit squished. My shoulders no longer make crackling noise, but the hands are still a bit sore and crunchy. Shoulder crackle is different to hand crunch.
Yesterday Husband earned many extra points for allowing me to collapse, sobbing in pain, into his lap. I'm usually more concerned for his welfare, but yesterday I saw sanctury and dove for it without thought for his safety. He assured me later that nothing important got squashed in the process.
Now, after a couple of days of mild but regular pain relief things are gradually improving and I hope to be able to drive tomorrow and get back to work. I've only managed a single 2 hour session since Swancon, and I really want to get back to it. There's also the matter of horses to attend to. I missed a tech writer gathering this evening too.
Apart from the appalling agony part, it's been nice to listen to the rain and enjoy the absence of the tension of a couple of weeks ago at the end of the dry spell. No trace of thunder here as yet.
This winter I'm thinking of trying a sunlight lamp to get me through the darkness. I wonder if an ozone generator would help? I'm a girl who LOVES her waterfalls.
