For the medical record

Tonight I feel thusly:
List of medical symptoms for my own reference. Hopefully I won't need this, but something's up (apart from lunch). It's Tuesday evening and I flew back from Adelaide on Saturday morning. Enough time for an incubation period perhaps.
* Vomiting over a couple of hours with ongoing queasiness and now impressive gurgling. Bicarb helped briefly with queasiness; it may be responsible for the gurgling now. This is not something I do very often (thank god). Last time it happened was after coming home from Swancon where there'd been stress, minimal (albeit beige) food, followed by processed food and fatty chicken. Enough similarlities for me to think stress+little food+bad food is responsible rather than pathology.
* Large but otherwise normal poo seemed to help take the pressure off. No diarrhea.
* Tingling (up to needling) sensation mostly in hands, face and back. A bit hard to tell from the usual background tingling I get all the time. It's not usually in the face.
* Joint pain in hands (NOT wrists) but curiously accompanied by improved flexibility and fewer crackling noises than of late.
* Headache. Again difficult to extract from usual background headache. Hurts on the back and sides. My hair feels particularly heavy.
* Sore neck. Not quite sure what's going on there. No restricted movement, but it doesn't feel like a tension headache. It feels sick and a bit bruised.
* I've bumped into a few things this evening. My balance might be a little off.
* Temp seems normal, but my face feels numb when I touch it.
* Hands and face puffy.
* Forearms and shoulders getting itchy.
Could be from salicylate overdose in the last couple of days (2 bananas, coffee, peas). Could be food additives in the 2 lean cuisines I ate that I could usually tolerate (no preservatives!). Then there's the cheese, and the bread/wheat. Hmmm, I've been pushing the envelope slowly but surely for several days here, possibly up to a week.
Breathing and heart rate were troubled before the vomiting started, but appear to have settled now. The idea of food is not welcome, although the right bland salty/sweet thing might help.
I shall see what tomorrow brings.
