I saw the first ep and, like you, thought, hmmm, Voyager, but stuck with it.
I think we're up to episode 5 on SciFi and I turned over after the first 15 or so minutes.
The series is now in summer/winter hiatus, not returning until early next year, so I'll see if absence has made the heart grow fonder and check it out again.
