H1N1? Second door on the left

Just back from a visit to the GP. Should have been a quick visit, but there is no such thing. Didn't feel like reading--with the notable exception of the upside-down magazine headlines (morbidly fascinating but probably covered in pathogens)--so the best entertainment came from the group of Swine Flu patients.
The harried receptionist used a surprisingly loud voice to process the H1N1 suspects, and was forced to chase wandering members of the party to make them put on face masks. They were then herded to the "Emergency Swine Flu Room", never to be seen again. No-one else seemed terribly concerned.
After a mere hour's wait I saw my GP and got my first B12 shot (short-term ouchies), a script, and prints of all my recent results as ordered by the diagnostician. I haven't a clue what most of them are (although googling is rapidly remedying this situation), but nothing of concern leaps out. Since we seem to be chasing mostly auto-immune conditions, this is a Good Thing. Lots of negatives on a variety of indicators of unpleasant things including lupus. Now I *really* feel like a House patient.
One of the rare notes in clear English said that active coeliac disease is unlikely, so it's nice to rule that out. It looks like I coagulate correctly (no rat poison for me), and probably don't have muscle damage. No blood or bacteria found where they shouldn't be. My calcium is bang in the middle of the range, so cows you can relax. Magnesium and folate are at the low end of normal, so I might do something beige-busting about that. B12 low but treatment already started.
Nothing as yet to neatly explain the symptoms nor suggest new treatments. Unlike a lot of commercials claim, the B12 shots are merely protective and unlikely to make me feel better.
