Worst Episode Ever

stephbgI have just emerged from the funk that was the ST:TOS episode "Spock's Brain". Some say it's the worst episode ever. I haven't seen them all (in recent memory), so logic dictates that I am not qualified to comment on this assessment.
Screw logic, it was awful, in many exciting new ways, but mostly the script and direction. But even the Space Bikinis were bad, and the Space Babes were less attractive than usual. So worst or not, it was Very Bad.
At one point I became nauseated by the writing and pacing. That may sound like an overblown comment from a lazy reviewer, but I swear I felt ill. And then I felt like crying.
And hey, season 3 music director, what have you done with my Space Bongos?
Fortunately, there are more good eps than bad. They're just less fun to write about :-)
