Existential crisis ends

Thanks to everyone who responded to my little cry for help. Everyone can suffer from the collapse of confidence now and then. This time I chose to tap into the awesome power of LJ to helpring me back.

Also helped by the massage I had this afternoon. More medicinal than relaxing, but it did the trick and loosened up a lot of gunk to go sailing merrily along the lymph express. I have been drinking like a fish (and doing what follows) and it feels good.

During the massage we both got a few surprises. It's not uncommon for my legs to twitch after they've been worked for a little while. Twitches are like sneezes - they help to sort things out. One day I'll explain the chicken analogy.
