What happens when the beige slips

I haven't felt this physically rotten in quite a while, but the accumulated slippages in beige food discipline over the last however long have really caught up with me now. Some of it could be the weather, but that's not really a comfort per se.
Right now I am experiencing:
* sinus pain
* shattering, throbbing, nauseating headache
* ear pressure
* dizziness
* sore throat
* tight jaw
* puffy eyes
* severe fibro flare pain in both shoulders and hands (usually mostly the left)
* chest pain/breathing difficulty (from ribcage, not lungs)
* difficulty typing (who made the keys so stiff?)
* a missed meeting with an old friend out from England
The good news is that I'm reasonably confident that a stretch of beige discipline will clear most of this up. Eventually. It's a reminder of how much it does help.
Also on the bright side I am quite quite confident that this is not just (!) depression, although stress wouldn't have helped.
