Thanks. I will keep going, although I would have to experience some very obvious improvement in mental and physical health to press on for the long term. Jules is on it too (with similar minor cheating). I think that she does seem to be happier and generally more sunny and cooperative.
I know what you mean about the definition of tasty. I found that the slice of mild cheddar cheese I ate yesterday tasted like a full on aged cheese, almost too strong to eat.
