It's not all bad news, but I could really use a 50% celebratory-I-got-a-lot-done-today-and-feel-quite-happy-and-would-like-to-share-the-glow-with-my-friends / 50% commisatory-I-struggled-to-swim-500m-and-I-now-hurt-a-lot-being-both-a-disturbing-quantity-and-quality-please-hold-me hug.
