Reward and Punishment

Now on the far side of my ACS talks (details still forthcoming, if I ever get around to it) I decided to let the beige off the leash a little.
I had a rasher of bacon! Cut with plain mashed potato and spring onion, but still outrageously wonderful. And to add insult to injury I hadsome a bucket of white chocolate too.
Had to pass on the Swancon screening of Dark Knight tonight as an advance strategy to give myself the best chance of getting to
shrydar's exhibition launch tomorrow evening. I hope to dress up a bit, and Husband will be coming too.
I've been very sore all week with fibro, not helped by standing still long enough for my knees to lock. Ouchies. Fortunately I was able to sit for the smaller group in Bunbury, but my fascia has hardened beyond my ability to stretch or soak. Maybe this will finally get me back in the pool, although I've been afraid to try it without heating!
Hoping to get back on top of Swancon duties soon. And that whole making-an-income thing would be nice. The bank balance is making little whimpering noises, and my superannuation balance took more than a flesh wound in the last financial year. Still room for paint purchases to continue the transformation of the living areas.
