These pictures are all from a single polished slab of Rhyolite from Queensland, about the size of my hand. It's a playground of detail; I had a lot of fun zooming in and finding little surprises here and there.

Pretty rock of the day: Crazy Lace Agate (pale)

Crazy lace agate is amazing stuff, and comes in a huge range of colours and patterns. One of my first pretty rock posts was another completely different piece of the stuff. Enjoy this one :-)
