In pursuit of geology

On Friday night I promised myself that no matter how I felt on Saturday, I was just going to get up (and shower, eat breakfast and dress) and drive out to Orange Grove to visit my favourite rock shop, the Gemstone Factory. As long as I was fit to drive in a straight line, at least. For a 40km-ish trip there are surprisingly few corners involved.
