Belated medical update

The fact that I'm likely to get slack about medical reporting when the information would most useful is ironic, but diagnostically useful, albeit in hindsight. I'm also tempted to put this post under flock, which also tells me something. Is this TMI for the world? I stubbornly insist that it is not, and there's a chance it might help some other soul beset by weirdness.

This isn't very coherent. It gets worse the more I write it, but it tells me that I'm long overdue to do so.
