B12

This afternoon I disrupted the business of my local pharmacy for a while by talking to the pharmacist about options for B12. She wasn't *my* pharmacist, but I have a sneaking suspicion that my pharmacist left quite a long time ago. I haven't had to consult for quite a while. I guess she's my pharmacist now, but I don't think she wants me.

B12 post mortem (I'm not dead yet!)

This needs its own post for tracking purposes. An hour after taking about 80 mg of Nature's Own B12 I can report headache, chill, sneeze, cough, ITCHING, and puffiness in the face. The itching concerns me most. It's more skin sensitivity, and it's worst along the line of the shingles nerve. This is not good at all :-(

On the bright side, no nausea! ZOMG Awesome!
