Like mother like daughter

The Catmobile had a flat tyre this morning. Fortunately it happened overnight so I didn't get wet, or crushed on the freeway. The RAC came over and swapped out the spare (although I did get reasonably dirty getting it out of the boot myself), and I went to the local tyre place to get it repaired. No problem. New Moon by Stephenie Meyer

So, here we are, post-Twilight. New Moon by Stephenie Meyer is a great thumping doorstop of a book, but its looks are deceiving: it's in very large, well-spaced type, and it's an easy read so it passed mercifully quickly. I'm already about a third of the way into the sequal Eclipse so I might get a bit blurry about what happens when.
