Video conversion rec please
Nov. 7th, 2009 11:34 amHi lazyweb. I've just discovered that the you-beaut video processing software I bought as a bundle with a hardware dongle is--surprise suprise--an ever-so-slightly restricted version that can't import .mov files. Discovering this fact took effort, shall we say. Our camera outputs .mov files, natch. Do I want to pay $50+ for the upgrade? Not right now I don't.
So, can anyone recommend any particular mov > avi conversion program? Preferably free/cheap and un-riddled with virii? Quicktime Pro 7 costs $44.
There are plenty of them out there, but of dubious trustworthiness.
