I am cut off!

My laptop is in laptop hospital and today is having a hard disk transplant. Unfortunately they were unable to take an image of the old one, so it will be a complete reinstall job and probably another couple of days before I'm back online properly. No email! No lj! No google! No Wikipedia! I'm writing this from my folks' place, and should get back to pretending I'm here to visit them.

You're missing out on my Dad's eye surgery, games of pool, real life visitors, an impressively cut throat, and a review of Robocop. Tomorrow I have a brain MRI! All this blog fodder, and nowhere to go.
